A CULINARY HALLUCINATION.
7 Colours. 7 Courses. One Beautiful Lie.
THE EXHIBIT
“Sight is a tyrant. Tonight, we overthrow it.”
In the Gallery of Illusions, nothing is safe from deception—not even your dinner.
The Chromatic Palate is not a tasting menu; it is a sensory experiment designed to sever the optic nerve’s control over your tongue. We have conditioned our brains to believe that Red screams heat and Green whispers freshness.
We are here to break that conditioning.
Using molecular gastronomy and edible artistry, our chefs have constructed a menu where colour is a disguise. Your eyes will see one thing. Your mouth will taste another. It is a delicious cognitive dissonance—a moment where your brain stumbles, and your palate wakes up.
THE MENU The Art of the Impossible. (R850 pp)
You will be served seven courses. Each is a monochromatic masterpiece, saturated in a single, vivid hue. But do not trust the paint.
(Note: Due to the complexity of the illusions, strictly no dietary changes can be made within 48 hours of the event. To alter the dish is to break the spell.)
DRESS CODE
Monochrome. Choose a single colour. Wear it bold. Be part of the spectrum.
“The most delicious lie you will ever swallow.”
