Alchemy Theatre: Group Indemnity and Waiver of Liability

1. Assumption of Risk
The undersigned (hereafter referred to as the "Primary Signatory"), acting on behalf of themselves and all members of their participating group (hereafter referred to as the "Participants"), acknowledges that participation in the Alchemy Theatre escape room and modular maze environment involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, trips, slips, or falls caused by uneven natural landscape elements, collisions with structural framework or fabric panelling, and physical or mental stress associated with time-constrained puzzle-solving environments.

2. Group Representation and Authorisation
The Primary Signatory warrants and represents that they are over the age of eighteen (18) and possess the explicit legal authority to accept the terms of this waiver on behalf of all Participants in their group, including any minors for whom they act as a legal guardian or have been granted temporary supervisory authority.

3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Primary Signatory, on behalf of the Participants, hereby fully and forever releases, discharges, and holds harmless Alchemy Theatre, its owners, designers, employees, contractors, and the organisers of the medieval fair (including venue owners) from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected to the Participants' engagement with the escape room, whether resulting from the negligence of the released parties or otherwise.

4. Indemnification
The Primary Signatory agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alchemy Theatre against any third-party claims, costs, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Participants' behaviour within the maze, including intentional damage to ciphers, fabric structures, or other game property, or failure to follow the safety instructions provided by the game facilitators.

5. Health and Safety
The Participants confirm they have no physical or medical conditions that would preclude them from safely navigating a physically enclosed or natural outdoor puzzle environment. The Participants agree to strictly adhere to all rules briefed prior to entry and understand that Alchemy Theatre reserves the right to terminate the game immediately, without refund, should any Participant act in a manner deemed unsafe or destructive.
